I'm cleaning up and removing libraries and objects with private authorities, we now use group authority.
I've found that there is no consistency to public authority.
Set at either Public *exclude, *change, or *all.
Any recommendations for public.
I know at V6R1, many IBM objects went to public exclude, some of these caused us issues.
If everyone was part of a group, and all objects in the library had the group authority, public exclude would be good.
But we all know nothing is 100%.
