Do not see any. What I find odd is the app server that was running before the upgrade is not listed but the folder still exists. I tried to add it back and that failed.

The first thing I always look for in server startup issues [after an upgrade], is for authority failures; i.e. review for and resolve any T-AF entries logged in the audit journal.
