We could not find the install CD's but I copied the QSYSINC library from our
v5r4 partition and restored it to the v5r3 partition. Then tried the
compiles again. This time they worked so whatever includes were needed were
found. (Still need to test).

:-) I know about LICPGM, believe me... Although it has been a while I have
installed a few systems in the past. BUT it just happens that our system is
in Spanish (I'm in Venezuela) and the text for "System Includes"or whatever
is quite different (not even a straight translation, I'm afraid), so I just
wanted to be sure.
