Well, I went to
http://www-03.ibm.com/systems/software/director/resources.html
expanded Product Documentation, and tried to select "Troubleshooting and
Support Guide (1.15MB)" and it told me to do unseemly acts with my
departed saintly mother. Tried it in a real browser like IE instead of a
toy one like FF and it will open.
