Contact the subsidiary to see if your query times out or the storage allocated to you gets exceeded. A long shot I know but if the remote site has your profile set up with a specific amount of allocated storage space you may be exceeding it when you run your query. If you are, the server job you connect through will end and cause you to lose your connection.

Subject: iSeries Access session keeps dropping

Hello,

Tried the modification of the .WS file. It seemed to work for most of the day, but then in the last hour my session has dropped twice. As far as pulling the latest version of iSeries Access, since I'm offsite as far as where the AS/400 resides, and the fact that it belongs to a subsidiary of our company kind of limits what I can and can't do update-wise.

Thanks for all the suggestions so far!
