Anyone know how to find out what directories/files are set to *ALWSAV=*NO ? I only found one hit that looked promising, and it didn't have the code available. Granted, it spelled out the process in general terms (read the directories with an API, check attributes with an API) but nothing in my easy category.

What we did to solve lock issues related to the IFS is to omit from the save by changing the save attribute.
Below is an example, tmp directory and anything below it will never be saved.

CHGATR OBJ('/tmp') ATR(*ALWSAV) VALUE(*NO) SUBTREE(*ALL)
