After the set path execute a cl command to display the job. Can you do
something like call qcmdexc from within a stored procedure to do this?
Then look at the library list. If NEWSYS is in "everyone's" library list
would that mean it's in the system portion of the library list? System
portion is above the current library (which is what set path affects).
