Long, long ago in a land...Well, anyway, keyboards used to have indicator
lights so that you could easily yell when Scroll Lock, Num Lock, etc. were
engaged. There's a setting somewhere in the Control Panel options that
allows you to set both a visual and audible signal for some of these, but I
forget where. When you're as bad a typist as I, you need all of the help
you can get. I still prefer the indicator lights.
