If you turn on job accounting (QACGLVL *JOB) you can track jobs which
end with specific severity levels (JACCDE). Not sure if this is what
he's after though. It sounds as if he's trying to find incompetent
hackers - someone who's tinkered your machine but poorly, and has caused
unusual errors.
