I tried to say that yes, the blog is correct and the behaviour is expected.
Since the QDSPSIGNINF logs ALL authentication attempts be they telnet,
transfer, 5250 and etc. If the connection is set to remember the user,
after the first auth it doesnt ask anymore, just the sign-on screen. So,
just a clarification is necessary: "Value logs all auth attempts, so it may
NOT be a hacker using your ID, it just might have been YOU"
