There are some things you can do in iNav's Application Administration.
There is command alternative for some of that for the "If it isn't green,
it isn't a screen" crowd.
Some of the stuff you cannot do in Application Administration you can set
with Windows Policies. IBM recommends doing what you can in AA; Windows
Policies can be rather intense. For example you can use Windows policies
to:
- prevent multiple session configuration
- require secure sockets

I've not messed with policies so I've not much more to say other than
Infocenter does have a lot to offer if one is not blinded by hate.
