Dave:

You cannot upgrade directly from V4R1 to V4R4, so your proposed "steps" will not work.

You need to do something like this:

V4R1 -> V4R3; V4R3 -> V4R5; V4R5 -> V5R2

So, you need to ask for the media for V4R3, V4R5 and V5R2.

Good luck,

Mark S. Waterbury

Please try not to laugh at this request.

Does anyone have the software for upgrading V4R1 to V4R4?

We have a customer that wants to go to V5R2 but they are at V4R1.

Step 1 is V4R1 to V4R4

Step 2 is V4R4 to V5R1

Step 3 is V5R1 to V5R2

The system is a 9406-640.
