So why the continued disregard for those very clearly composed
requests\instructions within the digest? Plus having ignored similar
commentary in some prior replies in other threads; at least one reply,
in which directions for alternatives to digest mode were offered?
Anyone expecting some respect from [the other users of] the list, would
do well to avoid disrespecting the list; i.e. the conventions\rules of
the list, the effects on the archives of the list, and the other users
of the list.
