Thanks for responses I will check this later. I got my files over for now. The problem was I have to refresh the Crystal Reports and my file will show. HOwever, it has to be under the letter "E". I want to find out why this is.

I am looking in the Crystal Reports Database setup. There you can see
some libraries with tables and views. I recently created a quick work
file that I want to use in Crystal Reports. But it doesn't show up in
the list. Also created a view off it and this too does not show.
Library is correct.
Work file was created via old Query 400. Is there any process needed
so that the file will show up as a table for crystal?
Does whatever was established for the "Database setup" effect both
selection and ordering for which the new ad-hoc file and the SQL VIEW
should be included [i.e. not filtered-out] and should be presented
conspicuously in a predictable location relative to other entries in the
list [i.e. collated]?
If not, then make modifications to ensure both concerns are resolved,
with regard to how the list of views+tables is generated and presented.
If so, then verify the non-TABLE physical file and the SQL VIEW are
both visible in the TABLES catalog VIEW in both QSYS2 and SYSIBM. If
TABLES does not exist, then defer to SYSTABLES. If the files are not
found in a query of those catalog VIEWs, then likely the SQLTables() API
request that Crystal Reports presumably uses would also exclude them,
and is indicative of an apparent problem; e.g. the files may not even be
tracked in the underlying physical data, or they the rows that represent
those files are being excluded for some reason. Or if the files appear
in one catalog VIEW but not the other, then ensure that the
authorization Id used for the Crystal Reports connection has authority
to both of the *FILE objects.
