Rob, I forgot to mention, there is a part of the upgrade that asks you what language to install and I answered American English. I did the upgrade from the IBM site directly via downloading the exe. for the upgrade. This is very confusing why it halted. Does it mean there is something off with our Netserver woud you say?

5.4
Two issues.
First issue: NetServer. You can access a share served on IBM i from a PC
which doesn't even have IBM i Access for Windows installed on it. So
whatever version of IBM i Access for Windows you have (if any) on your PC
shouldn't matter to consume a NetServer share served by IBM i.
Second issue: Language. That was an excellent link you posted there.
Great hunting! However I think you're confusing two things: language
versus version of software. By language they mean if you have the
Pakistani version of IBM i Access for Windows currently installed and you
are trying to upgrade to a newer version of IBM i Access for Windows,
however it is written in Hindu, you are going to get the message you
received. Read the link again and check the media versus what you have
installed. It lays it out quite clearly.
