The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Ahhh... OK.
Arghh... I guess the only good excuse that remains for me to continue
doing nothing, is to avoid associating my /name/ with the request. I
suppose someone will tell me next that the COMMON requests can be made
anonymously :-)
No matter. In this case, I really do not care enough to do anything.
Per my being "not a customer", the poor implementation of their
current corrective action [that nullifies use of CHGUSRPRF] will have no
noticeable impact on my life. IOW, I am too lazy to act, beyond
offering my opinion on this list, because I would not [in the
foreseeable future] benefit from any change; nor would I be impacted by
the current revision. If Rob or anyone else thinks they would benefit
from IBM implementing my idea, they are certainly welcome to carry that
idea forward as their own DCR.
Regards, Chuck

I am not a customer, nor am I a member of COMMON. <<SNIP>>
... not include any remnants of my name\moniker on their submission
to avoid any bias by the evaluators.
