Re: CHGUSRPRF no longer fixes NetServer access

This also applies to CHGPRF as well.  According to IBM, the capability was
removed at the request of users.  Doesn't seem particularly useful to have
done that, to me.  Reminds me of a change at my church.  Hymnal and
missilette are two publications.  They >were< inserted into a sleeve cover
that held them together. Cover was tossed, apparently at the request of
some parish members.  This change also appears to be as useless as "fixing"
CHGUSRPRF and CHGPRF.

Maybe IBM will add it back as a parm to the two commands.  Or, the plan is
to continue the move away from green screen.
