According to Microsoft, Server 2008R2 supports both client and server roles
for NFS.

Windows does not support NFS "out of the box".  You would have to buy some
NFS software for Windows and install it, or find suitable NFS freeware,
shareware or "open source" equivalent, and install and use that.
