On a smaller Power 6 adding such an external hsl drawer will add to the
cost.

I "think" that there are still solutions available to hook twinax up via
alternative methods. One might be a remote controller that is lan
attached that will allow multiple twinax devices. IBM used to sell a 5494
for this. We had a few. We also had some units from Perle.
Another is for one device only. Sort of like a local twinax to lan
converter. We used to have Marknet devices to hook up parallel and serial
printers to lan. So it would be something like that.

We've not had any twinax devices in a LONG time. I don't think we have
any impact printers. Well, there's one little Okidata that prints one
line every time someone swipes their card into the machine room.
