RE: output queue automatically creates email from spool file

Tom,
Maybe your client is generating PDFs and emailing in a fashion similar
to our method.
Our outqs are created so as to interface with Bottomline's Create!form
software so that any spooled report in an outq will be converted to pdf
(or printed) and put to a network server folder (or can be emailed).

For example, outq ITDEPT has these attributes.
Remote system *INTNETADR
Remote printer ITDEPT (Windows printer name on our
Create!form server)
Internet address 10.0.3.102 (address of our Create!form server)
Host print transform . . . . . . . . . : *NO

User data transform . . . . . . . . . : SND100 (necessary for
interface with Create!form)
Library . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : CSNDSYS640 (Library
containing Create!form stuff)
