The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

We use a central method of registering users. SSO/EIM seems to be
extremely popular these days. However we chose Tivoli Identity Manager.
When we register someone into ITIM (IDK what the I stands for, IBM?) we
tell it whether or not to register them into IBM i (and which lpars),
windows, Notes, etc. When they change their passwords in Windows it
propagates it throughout. We could have a password change in i do it also
but we ran into issues so we just set the i password expiration a week or
so later than the Windows.
