as it turned out, Fix Central not recognizing the customer# or the model/serial
and I'm typing both from a copy of the the SWMA...
I've sent this to the bp to straighten out..

I think if you want DVD media you would be better off ordering it using fix
central, you would need valid swma to be able to order it though. I think
SNDPTFORD is ok for small type needs, larger needs you need to go through
fix central.
