Read the cover letter carefully as it may uncover some activity you may not be aware of:

If your system has product 5770BR1 installed and PTF
5770BR1-SI47935 is not already applied to your system, that PTF
will be automatically pre-applied in immediate mode at the
beginning of the install. If applicable, observe the following
special instruction for that PTF: "All BRMS activity must be
stopped while this ptf is being applied and users must signoff
and on again before using BRMS after the ptf is applied".

Keep in mind there have been scenarios in the past where using GO PTF option 8 while the system was active caused problems.  I know for a fact that a couple years ago this process broke MQ forcing me to wait until just prior to the IPL to load the PTF's.
