This is a rehash of a problem I last encountered in 2007.

Anyone know what could cause a CPFA0A2 'Information passed to this operation was not valid.' error when performing a CHGOWN operation?

The file was in a normal directory on the IFS, as far as I can tell. It
wasn't mounted from NFS or windows.

Nothing else appears in the joblog to indicate what the problem might be.

I've already looked at the primary group on the IFS file and it is *NOT* the same as the what we are trying to change the files owner too.

Any suggestions on how I can get more information about this error?

Thanks!

david
