Doubt it. He was a bumbling....well lets just say it was not

Weren't there several prior renditions to AC3? Like CE2 and CE3? And do
you know
what these options are?
(just trying to ferret out what is relevant here)

Due to various government requirements it was a separate CD until it
became part of the O/S in i 6.1. You had to ask for it or your didn't
get it.
