The best BBQ in Texas is in Lockhart, except perhaps, Franklin BBQ. One has
to stand in line for over an hour to get fed there, and if you are too far
back in line, they will turn you away.

Why are you leaving Austin for BBQ? There are a ton of wonderful BBQ
places in Austin, and a lot of them are within walking distance of the
event. It is possible to have BBQ every day of the conference and not
repeat.

Paul is definitely something to enjoy..
