The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Man I was holding my breath. :-) :-)
At one of my customers they had a guy come in a few times who used the
phrase "Well there's half your problem!" about every 10 minutes. Claimed
to be 'the perfect network technician.' On about his third (and oddly
final) visit he plugged in a personal Wireless Router to the corporate
network...... with DHCP enabled. Within a half hour users began to drop
off the network because they had completely different IP addresses....
