If you ran the
CALL QSYS/QYPSCONFIG PARM('QYPS_TRACE' '-1')
and did an ENDTCPSVR *MGTC, waited for QYPSJSVR job to end, and did a
STRTCPSVR *MGTC and you're still getting new files in that directory then
you need to call IBM.
