The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Without some sort of "Software Change Management", not easily. The only thing that comes to mind would be to check audit journals. Not my area, so I'm not sure what is in the audit records...
