571B, if you google it, the IBM doc for replacing it's cache battery
appears. There you can see that you have to get the card out of the
enclosure to replace it. So i would say YES yo the "not concurrently
maintanable".

PS: Most Power5 and older controllers are not hotswap, only 2780/5780 et al.
