IBM JDBC Driver on the PC (assumes IBM i Access or Windows is installed):

c:\Program Files\IBM\Client Access\jt400\lib

Location in IFS:

/QIBM/ProdData/HTTP/Public/jt400/lib

In 2026, the path name will still have "Client Access", and the JDBC
driver class name will still be "com.ibm.as400.access.AS400JDBCDriver"

You need an instance of jt400.jar,
to be found in the IFS... (somewhere I can't remember right now)
or on your PC... (IBM I Access product includes a JT400 directory)

There's also JTOpen [3]http://jt400.sourceforge.net/

Within IBM i Access for Windows I see ODBC, OLE DB Provider, .NET
Provider as data providers, but no JDBC driver.

Which JDBC driver do folks use for access to DB2 on i?
