The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
You need an instance of jt400.jar,
to be found in the IFS... (somewhere I can't remember right now)
or on your PC... (IBM I Access product includes a JT400 directory)
There's also JTOpen
http://jt400.sourceforge.net/

Within IBM i Access for Windows I see ODBC, OLE DB Provider, .NET Provider as data providers, but no JDBC driver.
Which JDBC driver do folks use for access to DB2 on i?
