Jack,
We have hundreds of PC's. It doesn't make sense to have each user connect
to a website and do downloads when Check Service Level should do it for
them.

Rob, is it supposed to automatically connect you to download the needed
files or is it wanting them to be downloaded all ready. I never go this
route when I update, I just download the files from:
