Sure. Using *SYSNAMING, you could do this:

CREATE TABLE QTEMP/WORKTBL AS (
SELECT * FROM MYFILE WHERE COMPANY=1 ) WITH DATA;

UPDATE QTEMP/WORKTBL SET COMPANY=2;

INSERT INTO MYFILE
SELECT * FROM QTEMP/WORKTABLE;
