There's no easy way I'm afraid...you have to explicitly list the remaining
fields...but with copy & paste from a select it's not to bad.

insert into myfile
select 2, fld2, fld3, fld4, <...>
from myfile

You could also build a temporary table

declare global temporary table mytmp
as (select * from myfile)
with data

update mytmp
set company = 2

insert into myfile
select * from mytmp
