Hi, David:

Not quite an "API": but it should do the job ...

In a CL program, (or using the system() API or QCMDEXC, from other HLLs) issue:

CRTPF FILE(QTEMP/.QPRTRPYL) RCDLEN(133)
OVRPRTF FILE(QPRTRPYL) TOFILE(QTEMP/QPRTRPYL)
WRKRPYLE OUTPUT(*PRINT)

Then you can read the file and issue ADDRPYLE, CHGRPYLE, etc. as needed.

When done, issue:

DLTOVR FILE(QPRTRPYL)
DLTF FILE(QTEMP/QPRTRPYL)

(This technique avoids creating extraneous spool files, then using CPYSPLF, etc.)

Hope that helps,

Mark S. Waterbury

Anyone know if there is an API to get a list of entries in the system reply list table?

Thanks!
