Betreff: SQL: Dot Naming works with *SYS Naming in V7R1.

We put on the V7R1 cume level 12279 and I just noticed that in SQL dot
naming works when using *SYS naming convention.

SELECT * FROM QIWS.QCUSTCDT works. Of course, so does SELECT * FROM
QIWS/QCUSTCDT. (I've verified this on the green screen, in Surveyor/400 and
a .NET app.)

If using *SQL naming, SELECT * FROM QIWS/QCUSTCDT does *NOT* work.

I'm not sure how long this has been in place, since we haven't put on a cume
since we went to V7R1 last November and maybe it has been there since V7R1
and I just missed it. Any comments, anyone?

Sam
