Download the latest version of the Zend server from Zend. Make sure you pick the IBM i tab on the downloads page. Including download time, call it 2 hours start to finish.

There is a charge for the use of the server/support from Zend, so keep that in mind. The Community Edition will continue to run after the trial period, but most of the useful features of the Zend Server are no longer available, so it is well worth the cost of the support payments to Zend. We'll let Trevor take on the "iSeries" running V7 of IBM i naming issue.....
