The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
It is embedded in the application itself. I am not sure just what
technology is. I can turn on step by step debugging in the Hit ODBC
driver and see the statements as they are submitted. I haven't tried
"emulating" the sequence from outside the IVR environment itself yet,
but my plan is to try to do that. It is just made more difficult by the
remote, Windows NT environment (run Windows NT with VNC with limited RAM
and resolution and it gets interesting).
The problem is that debugging on the box has some side effects that
makes things more difficult for the customer so I have been trying to be
as non-invasive as possible.
