Curiously nearly the entire growth of the "F" disk is in one file QFILEMCD which is the LIC itself. Just that file is 1GB larger. Not sure what all is in there but certainly the support for things like live partition mobility, POWER7+, and many new features added since the initial release are the sort of things increasing the size.

I was getting ready to gen a new partition and decided to go see what the
latest LIC rev was. What I had was 710-D and it was about 725MB. I expected
that what ever the next level was it would be larger... Turns out 710-F is
approx 2.3GB in size. So just wondering for those in the know... Why it is
so much larger? Support for Power7+? PureFlex?

Thanks in Advance
