Do a wrkf on the host side and see what kind of file it is for MS03.

Well, I'm not sure but I'm following the MS03 support pac doc that says to
move the file from my pc to my AS400 machine;
cd qgpl
bin
put MS03

Then the next few lines of the doc tell me to restlib savlib(ms03)
savf(qgpl/ms03). So, MS03 must be a savf.

Frank,
In your FTP session, did you enter the BINary command before your PUT?
