People often only install a small subset of iNavigator. That is the
default. However there are more options. And, on the newer version of
iNav it sometimes requires a delete and reinstall. I believe that JHHL
had this issue this week.
That being said, the steps in iNav are:
Expand your IBM i
Expand File Systems
Expand Integrated File System
Expand root
Drill down into your desired directory.
Is there a "hand" on the folder icon? If not, it's not currently shared.
To start sharing it, right click on it and select Sharing.

those users who need to access the share but do not have an account on
