The only thing that comes from production to DEV/Test or QA LPAR's is data (which have a a home grown extraction/load process so we can bring across subsets of data). IBM PTF's are usually loaded on the DEV machine first, then QA then rolled out to prod.

We do, but we have a DEV/Test, QA, and multiple production LPARs
