It wasn't clear which fields constitute the combination that is
duplicated. The data you presented is 2 unique rows - no duplication.
Did you get an error using MIN()? You have to have a GROUP BY for MIN on
other fields to make a difference. Someone else (Pete Hall?) gave a
suggestion very like mine, just he wrote it out. See if that works.
