I didn't read your statement closely enough. I put the Fetch First Row
Only in your WHERE EXISTS clause by mistake.

Should have been in your assignment select...

= (select ifqcm from vinitmb join vinbini
on bacmp = ifcomp and baloc = ifloc and baitem = ifitem
where ifqcm <> baqcm and babloc = 'WHS' FETCH FIRST ROW ONLY)
