End users typically use what their boss tells them to use. Let's take your
analogy a step further.

Let's say you go to work as a driver for a company who uses red trucks in
its delivery fleet. Perhaps you don't like the color red, and you would
prefer a blue truck. What do you think the boss would say to you?
