I am sure that some of the last minute cuts might be affected by the way
early registrations go. For example, let's say the first session starts
at 9 and that's your .net presentation. And only 2 people signed up for
it in early registration. Now let's say the 11 am session on S/34 spool
file internals is standing room only and the speaker is available at 9 but
needs a room...
