Had the same issue. Found on IBM website awhile ago that you should
instead right click the spool file and choose Export from the context menu.
You will be presented with a window as to where you want to export it too.
I believe it was something to do with 64bit OS.

There are known issues with drag/drop. Make double sure you have the
latest service pack on the PC code (not the host). Odds are really
strong once you put the service pack on your problem will disappear.

desktop and drag them one at a time to it.
