Updating eConfig is a task that only internal IBM folks can do, particularly when it comes to pricing. The Product Manager has to perform several contortions to get it done. That said, it's not really all that big a deal, since you can just leave the 5733-OAR off the configuration, load it later and apply the PTF. Still it should be done so the IBM records for what software is ordered for the system is correct.
