The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

My problem is that I'm a consultant. I can't get "associated" in the eyes of IBM to get support for them. It's friggin ridiculous. When Sterling had support, I had no problem getting help.
